Latin American Restaurants in Wilkes Barre

“It's latin food truck but they also have hotdogs, Philly cheesesteak and chicken wings. Their pastelitos (aka empanadas) are amazing, especially the cheese pastelito (totally recommend if you're vegetarian). Totally recommend if you need a good snack to-go that is much better than anything taco bell has, with better quality meats, ingredients, and is more natural. Quesadillas are another great item on the menu. Doesn't come with the typical sour cream, salsa, guac, but doesn't need it. If anything the pink sauce is enough if you ask for it. It's a shame there's no tables or chairs set up to eat. I just had mine standing up.

Vegetarian options: Some items like the cheese pastelito is highly recommended. Many items I'm sure like the quesadillas for instance can be modified to be cheese only, which would still taste amazing and comes with fries. Tostones (deep fried plantains) is another good option.“

“I am super anxious going to try new places .. but thank god I did! Probably the best yellow rice I’ve ever tasted and I’m from Allentown .. we have so many Latino inspired restaurants.. the rice was so flavorful !! I also had the pollo guisado and it was very good! Green hot sauce 10/10! Definitely will be back and try other things! Tysm! 🫶🏼☺️“
