server for take out order forgot or didnt care or got distracted... put on toppings we can't eat, even though asked not too. we managed to make the best of it for about 1/3 of the order, and threw the rest out. $20.00 and a lot of food, wasted. kind of a downer.
We have consistently had a bad experience with this location of Moe’s. Today when we ordered a taco salad with all the trimmings, what we got was shredded lettuce and ground beef. We got ranch tossed in a chip bag. We also got a manager on the phone who answered us by saying “Hello. What’s wrong?” I get it - this is a fast food taco joint, but the customer service is a joke & we’re tired of getting our order wrong.
