“Food is really good at Wilkes-Barre location along with staff very friendly!! My only complaint is that the air conditioner is terrible still warm & uncomfortable...definitely need to have it serviced to make sure customers are comfortable eating or could walk out to go to Olive Garden to more comfortable & cooled off why people go out to eat so not have to around hot stove.“

“We had an overall good experience. Our wait staff was wonderful! Detailed, attentive, unassuming. The young men that were clearing or filling water were excellent too. Our food was delicious. However, it was my mother-in-law’s first visit. She has ambulation issues and walks slowly. We entered the casino floor which is gated off from the shops and restaurants. We did not realize we could not enter the restaurant from our position without going back to the front entrance. There was a gate located about 20 ft from the restaurant and I had hoped that if we asked them to open it for a disabled patron they may be able to help. I called to the (5 or 6) women behind the host station. They looked at me and ignored me. I called out again and a woman came out to talk to us. It was obvious she was unhappy to help. I asked if the gate could bel opened to allow my mother to cross the isle without going all the way back. She (later found out her name was Dawn and she was one of two managers) was dismissive, short and offered no assistance, no empathy. And she finished by saying “this IS a casino”. Which I found insultingly obvious. I suspect she didn’t realize we had a reservation. I suspect Dawn didn’t realize we were going to be her customers. I didn’t mention it - but shouldn’t they be hospitable to even the casino goers? It’s wasn’t a big deal in the scheme of life. But it did put a dark cloud over our dinner. I’ve been to Ruth Chris many times at many different locations. I’ve never been treated poorly. I won’t be returning the Wilkes-Barre location.“

“Last night, I had the pleasure of dining at Marty's Blue Room and indulged in their renowned King Neptune dish. This 10oz filet mignon, topped with succulent crab meat and complemented by perfectly sautéed onions, was nothing short of extraordinary. From the first bite, I knew I was in for something special. The steak was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy, with a rich, melt-in-your-mouth texture that exceeded all my expectations. The crab meat added a delightful sweetness and a hint of oceanic flavor that paired beautifully with the savory filet. The sautéed onions provided a wonderful balance, adding a touch of caramelized sweetness and depth to the dish. Admittedly, the King Neptune is on the pricier side, but let me assure you, it is worth every penny. The quality of the ingredients, the expert preparation, and the exquisite presentation all contribute to making this the best steak I have ever had. If you're looking to treat yourself to an unforgettable dining experience, the King Neptune is a must-try.“
