Tried the Truffle mushroom burger cooked medium. The Burger was great and cooked to perfection! I was lucky enough to be there for happy hour and had a few Fridays original LIT. Drinks were great and the Bartenders were awesome, courteous, friendly, ATTENTIVE!

Came in with my niece for a nice meal after a fun day, but the service was really lacking. The hosts didn’t greet us when we walked in, and our server never introduced herself or even said hello—just silently stood at the table with her notepad. She only checked on us once after our appetizer, and we didn’t see her again until I flagged her down for boxes and the check. No one brought us napkins, which was especially frustrating since we had wings and a burger. The food was fine, but the service made the whole experience feel cold and unwelcoming.

$16 for 11 pieces of chicken is a joke. Fridays portions sizes have really became quite pathetic. Sesame Jack Chicken Strips used to fill an entire plate, now it’s served in a mini pan smaller than my hand. Portions got smaller but prices increased.

Came here last night, got the 50 Cent wings. They were stale and disgusting. I thought it was just me.So I asked my husband to taste one and his face screwed up like it was the worst thing he ever ate. We've been coming here for years, but I guess now it's time to take a break. Possibly a permanent one

The bartender certainly had opinions. And probably not ones that everyone shared. He was very loud. The server was good. Food was your same packaged heat up meal almost all of these chains do. Very salty.

We just finished our meal and our server, Brooke, was an absolute delight. She checked on us multiple times while working a busy shift, made sure we didn't run out of drinks and made time for some friendly banter. We have not had service this great in a long time and we will definitely be back.
We also loved seeing management helping out the servers, it really showed how team oriented TGI Fridays is!
