“Hands down the best and most popular resturant in NEPA. This place is always jammed packed, even on holidays. Wait staff, and management really take care of their customers. I reccomend the ceaser salad and hanger steak. The creme brulee is the best and highly sought after. You are never dissapointed here- even the kitchen staff will come out and check on you. A+++“

“We had an overall good experience. Our wait staff was wonderful! Detailed, attentive, unassuming. The young men that were clearing or filling water were excellent too. Our food was delicious. However, it was my mother-in-law’s first visit. She has ambulation issues and walks slowly. We entered the casino floor which is gated off from the shops and restaurants. We did not realize we could not enter the restaurant from our position without going back to the front entrance. There was a gate located about 20 ft from the restaurant and I had hoped that if we asked them to open it for a disabled patron they may be able to help. I called to the (5 or 6) women behind the host station. They looked at me and ignored me. I called out again and a woman came out to talk to us. It was obvious she was unhappy to help. I asked if the gate could bel opened to allow my mother to cross the isle without going all the way back. She (later found out her name was Dawn and she was one of two managers) was dismissive, short and offered no assistance, no empathy. And she finished by saying “this IS a casino”. Which I found insultingly obvious. I suspect she didn’t realize we had a reservation. I suspect Dawn didn’t realize we were going to be her customers. I didn’t mention it - but shouldn’t they be hospitable to even the casino goers? It’s wasn’t a big deal in the scheme of life. But it did put a dark cloud over our dinner. I’ve been to Ruth Chris many times at many different locations. I’ve never been treated poorly. I won’t be returning the Wilkes-Barre location.“

“Friendly staff, clean shop, and really great food. I had an outstanding chicken parm sub. Lightly toasted, melty cheese, properly cooked chicken, and really favorable sauce. It was packaged so it was still piping hot when I brought it home. Close to Hampton in & Hilton Garden Inn. It will be on my list of places to return to when I travel thru Wilkes-Barre.“

My only complaint is that the air conditioner is terrible still warm & uncomfortable...definitely need to have it serviced to make sure customers are comfortable eating or could walk out to go to Olive Garden to more comfortable & cooled off why people go out to eat so not have to around hot stove.“

“My family and I went for my sister’s birthday on Monday. Everyone was so friendly and the food was excellent! We loved when they sang happy birthday to her. The energy of the staff reminded me of the Chi Chi’s back in the day. We will return.“

“Illiano's is by far the best restaurant in the valley. There's something for everyone on the menu. Order the sicilian marinara pizza...thick crust, fresh tomatoes, garlic and plenty of cheese. If you're not happy, it's on you. It's definitely not the food“

“Tried for the first time since moving to area, and kitchen is not set up completely at home. ordered Chicken francaise for 6 value, I was not disappointed. Was it mine? No. Was it big chain? NO. Very pleased with this Sunday dinner. Mozzarella sticks, garlic broccoli, and Bread! and oh, the fettuccine side I ordered will definitely be ordered again. Greeter was wonderful and told me, next time call in the order rather than through 3rd party, saves BUNCHES of money :)“

“The man taking my order at the counter was very kind and helpful. The sweet and sour chicken combo had more than enough food for myself for dinner tonight and lunch tomorrow. I had to try the cheese wontons and they did not disappoint. Favorite ones in the area by far. I also wanted to try the sesame chicken which was perfectly crispy and had plenty of sauce. “I was at Millers in W-B on 4/27, which was also the night of a concert up the street. It was packed. The staff at the front door were SO NICE! We waited at least 30 min at the bar with no eye contact from either bartender. Then, a man who was I’m assuming a server jumped back and served us. We were so thankful and he was also, SO NICE!!!! We sat at the bar for one hour until our table was ready. I used to bartend, so I get it that you can be busy, but at least acknowledge the customers. I also observed arguing between staff and then apologies. I’m assuming, bc it was busy and the main bar tender was stressed, but take that behind the scenes. When we finally got to our table we had Zachary as our server who was PHENOMENAL!!!!! He knew we had a show to get to. He was attentive, friendly, funny and the BEST! I would probably go back, bc the French dip was delicious, but not on a busy night.“

“I moved to PA 3 years ago and have been looking for a good Spanish (style) restaurant ever since, but I haven't had any luck until I walked into Sabor Latino.I went on a lunch date with a friend, who was also the person who recommended this restaurant. I had the stewed chicken over rice & beans. My friend ordered the oxtail and the steak & onions also over rice & beans. It was all perfectly done, I can't say one negative word about this place or the food.I have no doubt that Sabpr Latino will fast become one of the main places that I order from on a regular basis.“

“This is the second time it was dried out. No taste. And the bottled garlic that they are using was so over powering it for Ed it down. And I asked for a little more sauce. When it came. It was all dried. Like it was sitting g under the heat lamp a long time. This is the second time. And it had no taste. Twice . And the prices have gone sky high for. Pasta. 17 for a lousy dish of clams in sauce that had no taste. I’m very sorry we loved co I g here for years. But the food is. O share what it is. Most likely there is no one watching how this is prepared“

“I could’ve risked an entire dinner & a mortgage payment by ordering one very unfamiliar clams casino pizza from an unknown pizza place during these very dismal financial times. But this pizza is like the best thing that ever happened to me & it was only like 35 bucks. Of course I got fries & a piece of choc cake & a cannoli (they threw in one for free & they were crispy ) but normally that would’ve cost $87.49 & it would STINK! Everything was delicious! Eat at this place!They deliver!“

“After spending a night at Trumps rally we needed a good breakfast. Being out of the area, the hotel recommended D's Diner. Great recommendation, food was great at a fair price and service was super. We all left satisfied. A true family owned restaurant when you see the owners working with staff to keep things flowing during peek time. I would highly recommend D's diner.“

“The staff was very friendly, it didn't take long for us to get food... I was initially worried because I didn't see any vegan options on the main board... Just chicken, fish and seafood but the service staff offered us menus and I could see that there were a lot of vegan options and not just super spicy ones either. Our food was delivered quickly and properly. When I asked for extra napkins, we got extra napkins. We were about to return our menus but the worker said we could keep them and take them home. As for the place itself, there's no garbage can and while we had a great view, I didn't see anyone else working to clean tables or the bathrooms in the back.

Vegetarian options: More options for vegetarians than similar Chinese restaurants.

Dietary restrictions: Vegan selection is better than usual for an inexpensive Chinese restaurant... General Tso's Tofu, Bean Curd with Mixed vegetables, white rice served with lunch special instead of fried rice if you ask), Miso soup, Chinese vegetables, French fries, there was another spicy tofu dish but I can't think of it.

Parking: Shares the parking lot with other businesses as they are located in a small plaza across from Citizens Bank

Kid-friendliness: Not kid-friendly in the sense that there's a kids menu or activities but generally peaceful place with limited seating.

Wheelchair accessibility: There's a small ramp so if you have a large wheelchair, it wouldn't work out very well and the door to the restaurant is small so I'm going to say inaccessible.“
