I sat in front of the order box without anyone communicating with me. I had already placed the order on my phone so I went up to the window and told them I had an order. She gave me a very sarcastic comment and said I had "to confirm my order back at the box". Upon telling her I already had stopped back there without anyone waiting on me, she again, very sarcastically said "well I don't know". Morning shift is an awesome group of workers you get in you're acknowledged you order, all is good to go 5 minutes. the later afternoon shift I walked out, I stood there for probably 5 minutes wasn't even acknowledged not once. I watched 12 cars go through the drive-thru also waiting was a pickup order that was ordered 20 minutes prior to her being there and on her way to work and she was not satisfied either having to stand there and wait to be even acknowledged.
