Ordered a large extra most bestest cheese pizza with extra cheese crazy crusted. I got a large regular cheese pizza. The girl at the window handed me the pizza and said here ya go and ran to the back.
I bought the 4 n 1 pizza sticks. should have been 4 pepperoni, 4 bacon and 8 cheese.
got 3 pepperoni, 3 bacon and 10 cheese.
I sent a picture and haven't heard a thing
Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service! They advertise that they don’t close until 9pm. My boyfriend and I ordered a pizza around 8:20pm and pick up was at 8:45pm. The guy who I’m assuming is the manager sees us walking to the door and LOCKS it on us at 8:45pm! Our pizza was in the pizza portal and the employees keep looking at us knocking at the door and just ignored us. My boyfriend got it all on video and we will be filing a formal complaint.
