I get it’s busy because it’s new but you need to be more aware of the wait times. i got told 30 minute wait and waited over an hour and 15 minutes. i’m fine with waiting especially with this being new but at least be transparent about it.
Went on a really busy night opening week. Called ahead, arrived at the time I was quoted, and got my food right away. The staff was very nice too especially considering the circumstances. Will definitely be going here more!

One customer was told a 30 minute wait and waited over an hour and 15 minutes. It is fine to wait, especially with this being new, but it is better to be transparent about it. On a really busy night opening week, one customer called ahead, arrived at the quoted time, and got food right away. The staff was very nice too. Another customer had an amazing experience ordering Wingstop through DoorDash. The food arrived piping hot, the wings were perfectly sauced, and the delivery was incredibly fast. For takeout, remember to remind them if everything is in the bag. Overall, the food is delicious. The staff try to go above and beyond to be hospital, and they try to work with you. The voodoo fries and garlic Parmesan wings are loved, especially the flats. This is a new location, so it will be very busy and it takes a little time until they adjust to the order sliding out a little quicker. There is online ordering, DoorDash, and walk in orders. It is a 8 man crew to 100+ orders within an hour. They got to cook the stuff too. Be patient, be kind, and give people grace. The hard workers, great food, and great service are appreciated.
