“12/11/25 WARNING: This review is being written 1 year (to the day) AFTER our experience with Duke's. That's how strongly I feel about this restaurant. We had our son's wedding rehearsal dinner here. There were over 40 people in attendance & every single person said the same thing, "they knocked it outta the park!" The food was amazing, the staff was incredibly kind, even tending to a few extra needs with our older family members. As if that wasn't enough to "sell you" on the place, we got a call from them on our way back to the hotel, that we needed to come back because of a discrepancy with the bill. Having had an open bar for so many hours, for that many people, we really had no idea what the bill should have been, we just paid it....IN CASH! They called & had us come back because we OVER paid... by more than $1000! That type of honesty needs to be recognized. Anyone on staff, or the owners, could have kept quiet & we would never have been any the wiser, but they called as soon as they realized their error. If this place were closer, there's no doubt we would be regulars here!!! We loved everything about our experience & look forward to making the trip to the area just to go to Duke's. “We went the other night and were not disappointed at the food or service. However the price was high and this is not critical but the ambiance was not there. The tables were so close that we could hear everyone's conversation. Also it was very hard to hear what the owner was saying when he was telling us the specials. There is no liquor available and you must bring your own BOB and for the price of the entrees, it would have been nice to be able to do this. Again I will say the food was exceptional but suggestions would be to leave more space between diners, lower the lightening, possibly use tablecloths rather than place mats. All in all, it was a nice one time restaurant but probably would not go again.”

“Great food for breakfast, lunch, and supper! Their burgers are extremely tasty and are very fresh! The chicken sandwiches are very delicious as well. Some of my personal favorites from here are: Double Cheeseburger with bacon, PepperJack cheese, and spinach. Fried chicken breast or grilled, with PepperJack cheese, spinach, and BBQ sauce on a sandwich bun or as a wrap. Sometimes I’ll have bacon added to it as well. Their fresh cut fries and fresh made chips are also very tasty with most any meal. Overall their pancakes, French toast, scrambled eggs, are great choices for breakfast. Bacon is always a given with any of those choices. The staff is very friendly and courteous. There are definitely times where it gets busy, but it’s well worth the wait.”

“We came here for dinner after a tournament my daughter had today. Food was so so good . We had a brisket wood fire pizza , salad and my daughter had a chicken sandwich. We were waited on by Betsy . So nice and super helpful when it came to helping us pick from their menu / beer selection since it was our first time here . Would definitely recommend!”

“We had dinner this evening at the Water Shed Pub. What an enjoyable evening!!!! The appetizer we started with was the karaage chicken. I can’t explain how the flavors come together for this dynamic appetizer but, Wow! It was fantastic!!! Our entrees of the scallop po boy…..( yum!!! )…… and the seafood enchiladas……. ( oh my goodness!!! ). …were delightful!! So, so delicious!!!! Sweet potato pie and pumpkin cheesecake ice cream were an amazing ending to a superb meal!!! We’ll definitely be back soon! There’s lots more on the menu that we can’t wait to try!!!”

“The service you get when visiting this spot. Today a friend and I were treated to fabulous food and service (Durinda). Durinda , like others there, can't seem to do enough to make your dining experience fabulous. I could say the same for other staff who work there as well. Go there and see for yourself!”

“Planning to meet you from New York I’m always looking for a good burger place. I’m so glad we decided to try here tonight. The staff was amazing friendly and accommodating lady so I didn’t know her name was so happy to be where she was working. She was pleasant and just happy something nice to see the food was amazing on a scale of 1 to 10 I give it a 15. I have the Hawaiian burger, everything’s prepared the way I requested the fresh cut fries salted perfectly. I will definitely return here whether I move to this area or another. Oh, did I mention the prices were great.”

“Mission BBQ food never disappoints. It's fresh, well cooked and the portion size is huge! The homemade coleslaw and baked beans are delicious . The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The restaurant and restrooms are always clean and the main dining area despite how busy it is is constantly having trash picked up and tables cleaned. A great experience. We love to eat in but also have had catering from mission BBQ that has just been wonderful. Great place, great value!”

“We were invited to the friends and family breakfast the day before opening. We were all absolutely floored by this place and have already made a new tradition to come every sunday! The wait staff and INCREDIBLE, they are so sweet and so speedy! They were so considerate, turned the fire place off for us, and talked with our kids. The restaurant is clean, calm, almost beachy feeling. The most important...the food was absolutely amazing AND at an incredible price. The portions are large and VERY affordable, while looking and tasting like high end breakfast. This place makes you feel rich, and will thankfully not give your bank account the bill.”
