“We got miso soup, vegetable soup, a smoothie, fresh beet/carrot/ginger juice, mixed vegetables (requested no sauce), and sesame 'chicken'. The service was absolutely amazing, the owners are so sweet. This restaurant is also absolutely spotless and the cleanest I have ever seen a kitchen. You can tell they take pride in what they do and they love their restaurant. The food was very good and I'm so happy to find a restaurant that is all vegan, fresh, and homemade. I recommend anyone come here—even if you're not vegan, give it a try, you'll definitely find something you'll love :)“

“We go to Crossroads regular since it is close to work. We'll after lunch today, NEVER AGAIN. We were scolded by our waitress. We ordered a burger and fries and added the 3.99 charge for a salad. I ordered a crock of soup for 5.99 and ate my husbands salad. She pointed at us and said that is a big No,No,No. Then intern charged us for the salad bar of 10.99 and the extra fee to add to his meal of 3.99. When went up to pay they said we shared. My husband did not eat a salad I ate it instead of him. We paid for it so who cares who eats it, it was paid for. Argued to remove the side salad. What a going on. They kept saying we Shared why we did not we ate 1 salad and no soup from the salad bar, I paid extra for a different soup. We said we won't ever come back they said thats fine-bye. Instead of beginning polite the male in charge was rude. To pay 40.00 for lunch we don't need to go back to be treated like a 5 year old. We will take our business somewhere else on Route 61.“

“Bertha’s food is big as the name would suggest. Seriously—a small order of fries is enough for 2-3 people. But it’s also SO good. Their hot sandwiches are some of the best around. The wraps are on par with any other place I can think of. Just plan wisely. A large sandwich is your next three lunches, easily.“

“Oh this place was bad from the start and only got worse! there was seven of us that came to music bingo. The second that we got there we were told that we weren't going to be seated unless all seven of us are there. We had one lady that was running a few minutes late and they wouldn't seat us. However, the restaurant had nobody in it. There was only two waitresses on and one was a bartender at the same time. It took forever to get our orders taken. Then it took even longer for us to get our food! We didn't get our food until music Bingo was almost over. Once we finally got it, it was ice cold! Then the waitress puts the bill down and disappears! Literally just disappeared. I had to go to the kitchen door knock on the door and ask for my waitress so we could get the bill and leave. This place is a disaster!“

The Cubano sandwich is very under flavored and the meat on it is so under seasoned that it tastes like boiled, wet meat. Very flavorless. Very disappointed. But the menu looks good, otherwise.

The fires are great. The cocktails are good. The tequila selection is phenomenal. The service and hospitality are great. Worth a revisit.“

“Since the business card I got involved a link for feedback and I just happened to find the time to talk about my tour. Michelle Jimenez was whom I got the tour from. Although the place didn’t have what I was looking for one bedroom options at the time, I was still given a tour of the two bedroom to get the visual exposition on it. She helped answer my questions in between all while going over some history lore of the place’s industrial pieces and she was informative and chill. Definitely something of the experience I would like to see again.“

“I was at Dynamite subs for the first time yesterday morning. Even though they just opened they were able to take care of everything in a quick and thorough matter. These were the best sandwiches I've had in a long long time and I mean decades. Everything was done the right way fresh and had a great flavor. Wish every new experience in life was like this one!“

“The BBQ sauce and hot sauce taste great. Their general tso/sesame chicken tastes really good, the sauce is better than most spots I've tasted in the reading area, maybe all to be quite honest. Good on them, and they're close by if you live around city park.
Their shrimp in garlic sauce with vegetable fried rise is my go to dish. Plenty of vegetables, the shrimp taste good, the garlic sauce tastes great, and nothing tastes burnt, which was a problem i was having with a few spots around here. If i wanna get chinese food, this is my go to spot. I'll be trying the other dishes like the sweet and sour chicken and spare rib tips to see how they match up with the other spots.

Overall very pleased with the cooking here, will be a customer for quite a while, haha.
