“I sat at the bar of this Thai inspired restaurant; I highly enjoyed my visit under the care of Ivan. 12-3pn they host a 3 course prix fix menu, of which I chose the hot& sour soup, the watercress shrimp dumplings, and the Singapore noodles. My drinks were top notch and the service alike. Ivan made the perfect amount of small talk while serving the best examples of the drinks to offer, all while taking special care of each individual seated at his bar. The food was great, although I prefer the Thai palate, the food was flavorful and tamed to accommodate an American palate. I'd highly recommend this gem to anyone coming to park, especially during this 12-3 period. Ivan prepared perfect renditions of the signature Golden Lotus as well as a superb old fashioned.“

“If you're looking for a very lovely hole-in-the-wall Chinese restaurant, Panda Bistro is a very nice secluded lunch destination. There is in-door seating with about 5 seats. The food is a pretty solid B+ which is pretty good for what the restaurant is. Plenty of parking and it's generally pretty quiet in the restaurant.

Parking: They share a parking lot with a CVS, plenty of free parking.“

“I ordered General Tso's combination platter, Boneless Spare Ribs and Vegetable Lo Mein. The food was ready in less than 15 minutes. The lady on the phone was helpful when I ordered and clarified each item. I was there at 8:30 pm, the parking lot was pretty dark and most stores were closed on the strip mall where the store is located. There's a laundry mat and seafood restaurant on opposite sides on Mr China. Cars park along the sidewalk in the front of the stores to pick up their orders. Be careful pulling in and out. After I parked I witnessed a car pulling in as a mini van was pulling away from the curb, they b nearly collided.Parking lot hijinks aside, I recommend the food at this restaurant.“

“Ordered takeout for dinner. The General Tso’s tofu was amazing, the crab rangoon were generously stuffed and they, along with the egg rolls, were fried perfectly. No greasy mess. The only disappointing part is that we didn’t get fortune cookies! Almost deducted a star for that one, but everything is very reasonably priced so I let it slide ;)

I am a student of Martial Arts for many years and a Trenton firefighter, so I have a lot of respect for the Chinese people and the food. I had to see how well the food and business were in that location. Honestly, the cleanest Chinese Restaurant in the Area that I know of, Bathroom, Service and food 😋. Well done. We usually order from sultan wok but got tired of them. This food was so good and did taste very fresh. The food is fresh, great tasting and the chicken is well trimmed.

But if you notice the dishes they prepare aren't Chinese food it's American food just cook their way and the texture is great. The chicken is crispy and the beef fried rice is good as well I also love the shrimp and broccoli ?? general tso chicken with yellow fried rice. the ribs isn't up to my standard .really haven try any other dishes yet but next order I'll try the egg foo young . “After our go-to place sold to new owners during covid, we had been struggling trying to find a Chinese spot that actually had good food....then we found Joyful Garden. We have ordered more items than we normally do just to try out different things amd everything has been excellent. The only thing that wasn't a hit with my husband was the honey wings....he didn't care for the sauce on the wings and texture of the wings. Otherwise this place has great food, at great prices. Egg rolls were not greasy, you can taste the shrimp in the shrimp toast, the boneless spare ribs were succulent and plentiful and the garlic chicken, although it needed a lot more garlic, was tasty. The chicken and the broccoli in the Garlic Chicken were cooked perfectly. We will be regular customers from now on!“

“we have always said they were the best Today we were going there for dinner. walking in the little vestibule was litter with a small amount of trash. Then inside most of the tables as we went to sit were either not cleared or they were still dirty along with the seats. looking around the entire was not very clean. it just wasn't from todays business. it was build up. it has never been this way in the past. if the eating area is like this/ what about the kitchen. we actually walked out.“

“hard to find a good american-chinese restaurant that isn’t over priced and tastes bad. first time ordering from Cheng’s and won’t be my last! got the chicken fried rice, perfect amount of chicken, not so much that it’s just straight chicken ??. also the sweet and sour chicken with the sauce on the side, the chicken is super tender! also the breading is nice and crispy and light, not too doughy. the broccoli garlic is classic, not too spicy but still flavorful. we placed a pick up order through the phone and the woman who took our order was very nice and easy to understand. we received everything in our order and it was hot and fresh. if you’re new to the princeton area and want classic comfort chinese food, skip tiger noodles and order from Cheng’s Kitchen????“

“Dragon has been a place in town, since I was a little kid. The owner is wonderful and always remembers me. She is the sweetest lady. I’m giving this 5 stars because it’s everything I expect from take out. This is not a trendy Asian fusion restaurant. This is your local mom and pop shop , takeout place with the typical dishes.
