I am a little disappointed with some twisting they made even though I understand they need to make adjust to American customers' taste buds: Tomato paste is added in egg-tomato noddle; the crispy lamb chops are too oily/fatty.“

“I ordered General Tso's combination platter, Boneless Spare Ribs and Vegetable Lo Mein. The food was ready in less than 15 minutes. The lady on the phone was helpful when I ordered and clarified each item. I was there at 8:30 pm, the parking lot was pretty dark and most stores were closed on the strip mall where the store is located. There's a laundry mat and seafood restaurant on opposite sides on Mr China. Cars park along the sidewalk in the front of the stores to pick up their orders. Be careful pulling in and out. After I parked I witnessed a car pulling in as a mini van was pulling away from the curb, they b nearly collided.Parking lot hijinks aside, I recommend the food at this restaurant.“

“Been going there now for a few years and they never disappoint...From their general's chicken and orange chicken and chicken and beef with broccoli to their spare ribs hot and sour soup ..They have the most amazing pan fried dumplings with huge seasoned pieces of pork in them hands down the biggest and best Chinese dumplings I've ever had.Do yourself a favor and stop in and get any of the lunch specials or combo platters.“

“Hello China wok, I am the guy who orders the, General Tso's ☯️ Chicken 🐔 with no rice regularly. I decided to try your location because, my wife and I wash clothes in that location. I am a student of Martial Arts for many years and a Trenton firefighter, so I have a lot of respect for the Chinese people and the food. I had to see how well the food and business were in that location. Honestly, the cleanest Chinese Restaurant in the Area that I know of, Bathroom, Service and food 😋. Well done. “After our go-to place sold to new owners during covid, we had been struggling trying to find a Chinese spot that actually had good food....then we found Joyful Garden. We have ordered more items than we normally do just to try out different things amd everything has been excellent. The only thing that wasn't a hit with my husband was the honey wings....he didn't care for the sauce on the wings and texture of the wings. Otherwise this place has great food, at great prices. But if you notice the dishes they prepare aren't Chinese food it's American food just cook their way and the texture is great. “I love Mr. Wok. I always eat the food; serves two, before taking a picture. Today I took a picture of General Tso chicken with vegetable fried rice; ate the spring roll. I like the crispy tofu and broccoli. I usually call my order and I have never had a problem. You can easily find street parking.“

“I did an order delivery tonight and it's probably enough for three or four nights. I ordered directly from the store..The delivery came within 30 minutes and the lady I spoke to to make the order was very nice before that. I got some steamed chicken dishes with sauce on the side. I asked for brown rice instead of white rice and it was only a dollar per serving. I also got pork with snow peas and it came perfectly beautifully steamed even though i didn't specify that but it's exactly how I like it. Also lo mein as well. All of this with delivery fee and tip totalled about 60 or $65. And the food tastes just great. I am so happy I ordered from them and this is the second time I did so and had forgotten about them for a while. I rate this as the best Chinese delivery food in the area.

“We have lived in Hopewell 15 years and this newer china wok is absolutely AMAZING. We love the food it's more clean tasting not greasy. Fresh veggies are used too. I am so happy to have them right down the block. We have not had 1 bad meal from them!!!!!
