“There’s a new location in the Prickett Preserve shopping center in Yardley! If you haven’t visited a Duck location before, it’s a pretty neat experience. Either pick some flavors from their menu or whip up a few of your own. Watch them fry the donuts fresh, then assemble right in front of you! It’s a fun experience that is both adult and kid-friendly.

We ordered a bunch of holiday flavors + an iced peppermint mocha. While I love a specialty donut here and there, the chocolate iced will always have my heart.

What really stood out, though, was the excellent customer service. Lakshmi, in particular, was incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring that my order was accurate and that I had everything I needed. Her warm and welcoming attitude truly enhanced the experience. “This Dunkin is located on Brownsville Road on the Trevose/Feasterville area of Bucks County in the Trevose Plaza. The customer service is excellent very friendly and my order was ready when I arrived the food was hot and my coffee was chilled. They have a large seating area with plenty of tables and chairs good for groups and just relaxing or doing some stuff on your laptop n phone.

“Prices are better than other Dunkin’s in the area. Never have had an issue with my order. The drive thru moves pretty fast when it’s busy but the gas station traffic with dunkin can get chaotic. Other than that, I prefer this dunkin over the one by the high school due to the prices.“

“i’m not from around here and live in Philly so you can imagine how many terrible dunkin experiences I’ve come across. This was by far the best Dunkin experience I’ve literally ever had. I ordered on the app and it was literally ready in minutes. I legit order the same thing every dunkin run: Vanilla almond milk iced coffe, sausage egg and cheese, and hashbrowns. I could immediately tell they don’t use old oil for the hashbrowns. They were perfectly crispy and didn’t leave a bad taste in my mouth. the sandwich was hot and not even a little burnt, and the coffee was the perfect amount of sweetness.“

“I go here religiously. I have a known order by most of the workers.. They tent to ask me if I want my regular or finish my order with there own words! They are always polite. My order has never been wrong. I have at least 3 friends that drive an extra 6 miles to go to this Dunkin, instead of the one by their houses. “The girls in the morning here are on the ball. There maybe a line out the door but you won't wait but a split second and they are nothing less than pleasant, they make it a point to know your name to greet you wish you good morning afternoon evening whatever may be. and consistent my coffee is made the same way all day every day. One of my biggest pet peeves is consistency they just nail it.“

“Standard Dunkin/gas station. They will make your order quickly, though. The younger employees speak perfect English. The older ones can be a little harder to understand. But, they always get my orders correct. So, ultimately, it doesn't affect anything. They have skill games, too. If gambling is your thing.“
