First time visiting here. Consider myself a bagel connoisseur of sorts. Big Apple does NOT disappoint. Great varieties of bagels, not just the old standards. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Sandwiches were hot and delicious and exactly as ordered. Also great selection of muffins as well. The apple pie muffin was amazing. The location has a limited dining area so when we went on a weekend it was packed.

The breakfast wasn't great. The egg is not a fresh cracked egg. The bagel was a little stale, the sandwich wasn't hot enough to melt the cheese. I really wouldn't recommend, especially if you're on the hunt for a true NY style breakfast.

Cute little friendly spot. Good place to chat with a friend, do work on your laptop, or just stop in quick for something to go. Their service is quick and the food is freshly made, lots of options. If you like muffins then you want to go here, as they have all unique extravagant delicious kinds. Known for their bagels and it's no surprise why, my favorite is their Swiss Melt bagel. They have a lot of different kinds of bagels! Last time I was there they had multiple types of different coffees to help yourself as well, they also make lattes, specialty coffee etc. Everytime I've gone there all the staff has been welcoming helpful and very nice. Five stars
