I have had their food twice now. Had pancit and lumpia the first time. This time I had the tocino, garlic fried rice, and spaghetti. Everything has been amazing. I especially love the tocino. I was in the Navy and we used to have it for breakfast on the galley lines. Their's is so good I will probably put it on every order I have from now on. Very excited to try everything on the menu. Thank you for bringing Filipino food to York!
Every single item we got was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! We got chicken adobo, lechon kawali, chargrilled golden pompano, garlic rice, white rice, flan, and Halo Halo. The owner was so kind and attentive! I would 1000% recommend supporting this local business! The food was so comforting and the side dishes and sauces paired amazingly with the main entrees.
It's so tasty! The pork belly, the mechado, the tapsilog- I just want to swim in a pool of the mechado!

Kusinang Pinoy Filipino Home Cooking is a great hidden gem and family-owned restaurant in Greenspring plaza. The food is pretty good and delicious home-style cuisine. The people are really nice and the restaurant also has a small assortment of groceries, as well as frozen and baked goods. It is an experience with huge portions, though some prices are considered pretty expensive. Some specific items like the siomai and halo halo were noted as costly, and a dish like the sinsang pork belly had a large portion with a lot of vegetables. The restaurant is recommended as a place to check out and support, encouraging diners to bring friends and order dishes to share. It is seen as a valuable local business and the only Filipino restaurant in the area.
