I was greeted with disrespect from your red head chef. Me and my boyfriend put a online order in and were 10 minutes late to pick-up order. She was upset they had to give new fries which they didnt need to. I never asked. Apparently being 10 minutes late is my orders been sittin there for hours. Get better staff please. Because she was very rude to me.

Since reopening i have been to this east york location about half a dozen times. Tonight was strike three. Burger was good but the fries were absolutely horrible! Way way overdone and cold. I suggest taking lessons from the towson location. NEVER had a bad meal there in dozens of times.
