“Have to say stop tear pick up my one-line order management called me to let me know that there was issues and gave me options I very much appreciate that customer service and when I pulled up to pick my order up it was ready to go. Food was hot and the order was completed correctly.“

“Me and my girl came in a few days ago and our food order was wrong we spoke to Crystal later that day and she apologized for the earlier shift and offered to replace our meal. When we came in, she immediately took the time to make our food herself. She made us feel like we mattered. She kept us up to date on when the chicken would be coming up. This is the best customer service I've ever seen from this kfc. She is a blessing to the store I hope she stays around 🙏“

“Take one star away just because the dining room is usually closed due to staffing. The staff through the drive-thru I'm picking up water or ordering is very friendly. I will also say that usually when I order I always have to get a substitution for chicken breast because they're not ready.“
