Sarah is the embodiment of everything customer service in the restaurant industry can and should be. She makes my morning with her cheerful smile, quick service, and warm personality. I’ve been a loyal West York - Panera customer (along with several family members) for years; we love to start our day greeted by name when we walk through the door by Sarah.
Normally our favorite Panera around here, but this time it was really disappointing. Nothing in stock, sandwiches not made how we ordered and staff wasn’t really friendly.
Hanna at the Carlisle Road (West York) location is great. After being frustration with trying to make 2 large business meeting orders online, for separate locations (website is down) she was patient, kind and more than willing to help. Thank you!!
