Worst experience trying to order delivery through the app. The workers were arguing with my delivery driver saying the order was canceled. The restaurant couldn't fulfill the order and Uber had sent multiple delivery drivers. What a horrible business I'll will never be coming back here ever again.

Terrible service. Terrible Pizza. Ordered a supreme and you could tell that they just threw a bunch of uncooked toppings on top of the pizza after it went through the oven. But before I could even discover that I had to stand there waving my hands just for someone to acknowledge I was there. Meanwhile an employee whom I assume was the supervisor is just sitting in a back booth not giving any care in the world that two customers were standing at the front counter without anyone saying they would help us in a minute. One of the guys making the food got sick of me staring at him and finally went to get the manager to make her come help us. I would say try another Pizza Hit if you can but they have all gone downhill with horrendous customer service.

Was disappointed haven't been there for years. Decided to try it and no waiters, they seemed like they didn't want to be bothered. You had to place order at counter and you sat down. The order came out In a box and bread sticks In a bag one small sauce not even enough for one bread stick. Paper plates. Had to ask for napkins . It was this restaurant that turned into deliveries only. Will not be going back there ever. So disappointing. Use to love pizza hut.

I placed an online order for delivery, at the time the app said the pizza was supposed to arrive I got a call from them and the lady snapped at me asking why no one was there to pick it up. I double checked with her that it was delivery and she said it was so I asked her why she was angry at me that no one picked it up, I confirmed the address with her before she switched the phone to someone else, who said that door dash was saying that my address wasn't real and that he would call them and that if I waited a bit longer I would receive my food. I said okay and then got off the phone. I waited an hour without receiving any feedback or anything. Seeing that the app still said my order was being prepared and that I still had a charge on my card I attempted to call them to get an update and possibly cancel the order. First call I get hung up on immediately after the bot tells me to hold. second call I get a guy and when I tell him I wanted to get an update on my order he tells me to hold and then I get hung up on. I tried calling 3 more times after this having received no text or email telling me my order has been canceled or anything with each of those calls being hung up on instantly. I am greatly disappointed by how this situation was handled. I saw as I was typing this that the charge has been removed from my card but I still have received nothing that lets me know my order has been canceled which is ridiculous. I had been planning to drive down there after sending this so if I hadn't been looking at my account I would have driven down there just to be told they already canceled it. The least they could have done was send an email letting me know it was canceled, which evidently they are fully capable of doing seeing as they sent me one confirming the order in the first place.

This was my first time ordering from pizza hut in probably 20 years. My order was scheduled to be picked up at 6pm, but wasn't given to us until 6:45pm. During the hour that my children and I waited, we were questioned about whether we had cancelled our order (to which we clearly hadn't); the staff working were confused about this and had to remake part of our order because they gave it away to another customer. Also, we witnessed unsanitary conditions, with staff going back and forth between touching everyone's food (no gloves) and working the cash register, etc. without washing their hands. My children and I proceeded to get sick after having the food, which I suspect was a result of the uncleanliness of the staff and their practices. We will not be coming back; there will not be another visit.

Ordered online 12/2, drove to the store to walk in to a female employee yelling and screaming that she was closing up early despite having multiple orders still to fill. Still no nrefund from pizza hut. Sure quick to take my money for what?

This has been an ongoing terrible experience!! After going here a few times thinking things may be different, we have continued to have a HORRIBLE experience here. This last visit tops the cake! After placing a $40 order and waiting 20 minutes and the app saying our order was ready, we were yet again disappointed! We go in to see the shift manager (Serenity) in hysterics with pizza pans all over the floor stating no one is getting their orders and she can’t even get into the computer to give refunds. Also tells us she had orders from 2pm that have not even been attempted be filled. Mind you, I visited at 8pm. Very sad!! She then tells all of the customers waiting that “no one is getting anything” then proceeds to lock the doors on all of us with no answers, no food, or no refunds!! Will NEVER come back!!

I usually always order from this location, and it was great when the older lady was manager, it’s been awhile and my family decided to order last night. Our food was to be ready by 610pm. My husband went in and they told him another 10 mins. We came back and at 645pm food still not out, their parking lot was pretty busy. My husband asked again how much longer and the manger handed him someone else’s order and said “I’m quitting I didn’t even make your order yet” she handed him $33 from the register and walked away. It was so disappointing, there was another gentleman there with a child and they were also just handed food not even knowing if it was theirs or not. There were 3 employees on, and I have been in there before when the older lady manager used to work and she would do it all by herself. I don’t understand what happened, but super disappointing. If they would have just communicated that they were behind, we would have gladly waited.

Never brought my sauces I paid for. Can’t eat breadsticks without them. Refused to bring them back out to me. She said she was the manager and was rude the entire time, never once said sorry until I said something.

Eerie whenever I go in and receive my pizza. Went home and barely saw any toppings on the pizza and I ordered a large meat lover's original pan but got a medium. It wasn't always like this, but ever since they hired new people. The quality of the pizza has been getting worse.

Friends and I ordered around 10pm we called the store two times to ask about our food. The store personnel hung up on us both times even though they confirmed that they had our order. Terrible customer service and corporate will be notified.
