I'm getting frustrated with not getting my free coffee.
I think the staff are not noticing the reward or they are keeping the money and putting in that the reward was given.
This has happened to me twice so you really have to watch this location.
I have also been given the incorrect (less) change back even though I do tip frequently. Again, you have to watch the staff at this location.
