“We visited Pedro's Island Eatery recently and were warmly greeted by Myla, co-owner and wife of the chef, who remembered us from previous summer visits. We ordered Beef Shank in a red wine espagnole sauce which the chef told me is his favorite style of cooking. Exceptional depth of flavor and perfectly tender and delicious. My wife enjoyed pasta Alfredo with salmon two ways, smoked and grilled and is still talking about the dish 2 weeks later.
