“My wife and I dropped in for Bar Steak today. Darlene was our server. The steaks were cooked to perfection as were the onions and mushrooms. It wasn’t too busy but the poor air conditioner wasn’t keeping up. Darlene still had a big smile on her face while she waited out table. The meal, perfect, the service, perfect. The price? Not as much as you’d think. Well worth 5 *****.”

KFC will have to pull up their pants to compete with the meals Mom and I had today at Mary Brown’s! Excellent professional staff who were extremely friendly and the food was simply amazing! “Thé staff here are so lovely. In particular there is a staff member named Rory (I think!), a young woman who gets particularly excited about dogs who’s name I didn’t catch, and the whole crew that was working today around 10:00 am. The staff at this location are absolute gems.”

“we had an amazing first experience at Haru KBBQ! we called as we weren't sure how busy they'd be and just mentioned we would be there in 10 minute, to our surprise, the hostess greeted us and asked if we had called. when we said yes, she let us know they had reserved a table for us! From that first greeting, the experience continued to exceed our expectations! The service was exceptional, the food was beautifully prepared and tasted better than we ever could have expected and they even had our favourite Moth Lane Beer on offer!! we went in hoping to find "our spot" and we knew by the time the appetizers were on the table that we found just what we were looking for. “We went there on a whim... we were pleasantly advised of the hot items on the menu with the the wine pairing. Our server did absolutely what he does best... we shared the steak n scallop for 2, with 2 sides and that beautiful cabernet sauvignon from Argentina”

“The staff went above and beyond for us - we have 4 kids, 1 being a cranky 2 year old. I think maybe the man was a manager but he came out and held our toddler while we waited for food - which they got out extra speedy so the kids wouldn’t be waiting long. They gave the kids toys and were just overall super pleasant and lovely, kind and patient. Thank you! Ps not to mention the food was wonderful.”

“What a feast!!! The reviews on this place don’t lie, it is amazing, and you will not be hungry when you’re done. We had jerk chicken, curried goat, and a couple of patties. All were amazing, but the curried goat was just beyond!! Definitely a must go when in Charlottetown.”
