“This OakBerry store is spacious, bright and clean. The staff are friendly and the açaí is tasty. Even when ordering with powdered milk, they don't fill it with powdered milk and reduce the amount of açaí. Just as they are generous with fruit, which in other stores leaves something to be desired.
In addition to being located in a charming little square in Paço d’Arcos ♥️“
“Good service but recently they are changing concepts without notifying customers. If you order the salad to take away, they don't use the bowls to mix the ingredients and the dish ends up with one ingredient on top of the other. It's complicated because in the office area there aren't many ways for this to be done in the facilities we have, so you end up eating one ingredient at a time.“

“The food is prepared with care and cooked to perfection. I recommend the beef cheek with gratin. The fried seafood mix is also a great pick. Service can be slow due to being overcrowded, yet it is worth the wait and the staff is kind and professional. This location has both interior and exterior seating, keep “

“Oakberry is always a good option for a healthy and quick lunch.
The location is not the best, I would suggest take-out and eat at or near the beach.
Vegetarian options: The whole place is vegetarian and nearly everything is vegan“

“We just spent a couple of days in Cascais and went twice. Once for lunch and once for dinner. Food is great, cool laidback atmosphere. Service is super friendly. Just a bit slow at the end when we wanted to pay and leave (both times we had to ask for the check multiple times). But a cool place to eat and have a drink nonetheless.“

“EXCELLENT! A warm and family place. Typical and varied dishes but above all very good! The desserts are homemade by the owner and they are delicious! The staff is attentive and gives good advice.
We had a lovely time, we'll come back for sure. Advice, book.“

“The açaí is good, the service is generally pleasant, but today a very rude Brazilian employee (she wore butterfly earrings) didn't know how to say good afternoon, she was aggressive in talking and returning the change, banged the coin against the counter and asked in a thick tone "do you want a taxpayer?" He turned his back to make the açaí, when he delivered it he didn't even know how to say good afternoon. What an unpleasant person, he doesn't know how to deal with the public, unfortunately I don't know this lady's name, otherwise I would leave it on record.“

“Everything about the place feels like it’s family owned.
The atmosphere was cozy, the staff were very friendly, and the service was exceptional.
The food was delicious and healthy. The fish is not fried, but grilled which gives it extra flavor.
Highly recommend ?“

“This place has a beautiful atmosphere. The owner really cares. It has been running for 13 years! The menu changes daily and is cooked with love. They have, what they call a visual menu. Such a lovely experience. When you arrive you are shown the food on a big table and a staff member explains what everything is and answers any questions. The food was delicious and home style. ❤️🙏“

“Came in for a quick burger at the end of a beach day. Very nice atmosphere, right on the beach, very friend stuff, asked for a burger with no bread. I ask to substitute bread with some vegetables and if I ever get anything, it’s one piece of lettuce.
But to my surprise they brought a small salad with lettuce and tomatoes. Pleasantly surprised. Burger comes with fries and it’s quite a generous portion“

“We had coffee here in the morning in early May to get out of the rain before sightseeing. We came back late afternoon and shared some wine and the best piece of chocolate cake I have ever had. It had a cookie base and dark chocolate frosting. Incredible. I can't stop thinking about it. Might you share the recipe to a chocolate fan from Oregon USA?“

“Excellent food, the cod was delicious but the octopus was DIVINE! ???
The service provided by the Brazilian girl and the Brazilian boy was wonderful, I felt at home.
I recommend it and every time I return to Lisbon I will go to Cascais to eat octopus again.☺️???
Parking: There are many options but as it was in August, it took me a while to find a place.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, it's right at street level“

“Service was super friendly and quick. Tuna ceviche was life changing - completely converted. Cod Timbale was tasty but very rich. Octopus Rice was OUTSTANDING. Could not put our forks down. Was so flavourful, and the octopus was so tender and not fishy at all. House white wine was very nice.
Such a cozy, authentic restaurant - off the beaten path. Would 10/10 recommend.“

“All very well! I bought a toast for €5 which was good to share between two people. The service was excellent, everyone was very attentive and friendly, the atmosphere was conducive to sharing a meal with friends/family. However, I went back there twice more, on slightly busier days and environments, and I continue to maintain my review :)“
“Second time this week. Superb fresh food. Prawns. Carpaccio (tuna and veal). Duck breast. Lamb shank. Sea bass. Chocolate mousse. The tastes. Olive oil. Garlic. Coriander. Ginger. Red pepper. Herbs. Sauces. Vegetables. Arugula. Balsamic vinegar. All brilliant additions to fantastic food. Add Portuguese wine. Nothing in Tavira to compare.“
“I had the Açaí cup with 3 topping which goes for about 5 euros as of Oct 2023. Fruit toppings and some nuts always work well with Açaí. The quality of the Acai itself wasn’t that high. It was decent at best. But the combo altogether with the toppings for that price point is worth it Ona nice sunny day on Carcavelos. The two serves were polite and attentive. Service was quick and the cup was given tow within 5 mins.“

“I am from the table of 8 that Gema criticized in the previous review. We ate wonderfully, the service was great, coming from a very nice older lady, who treated us with humor and hospitality. It is true that she does not have much space and space is limited, so I recommend booking in advance. The food is spectacular and made to order on the grill. 100% recommended.“

“I just had dinner there and I didn't want to wait to get to my accommodation to leave a review. The food is amazing. The lady who serves is very kind and polite, she makes you feel at home. Very generous portions and very good prices. I would go again a thousand times.“
“Bom Dia is an excellent local Portuguese restaurant in the heart of historic Paço de Arcos. The food is made with heart, always fresh and delicious. The service is friendly and attentive. On a street with many expensive options this is a great place to truly have a Portuguese dining experience.“

“Pleasantly quiet place with a view over the dunes and the sea. In addition to the café, there are also cocktails and beer. The price is slightly higher than comparable other cafes. Popular with dog owners, water bowls are available for dogs. The parking space is shared with visitors to the dune hiking trail, so parking spaces can be tight.Anyone who uses the toilets has to be brave. In the afternoon/evening they look like they are at a motorway service station during the holiday season.
Parking: The parking lot can get full when there is a lot of activity on the dune hiking trail.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible from the parking lot.“
“Restaurant run by an elderly couple who speak little to no english. No worries if you are happy to work around this - we ordered with a little bit of pointing and sign language. Both people were lovely! We ordered a seafood grill and bacalhau con natas both good and came at reasonable time. Beware there are no card option here“

“I hadn't been here for a long time and it continues to be a beautiful restaurant, especially a beautiful place to have lunch right by the sea, above the lapiá trees that are so characteristic of this area. The food is good but the prices are not the most affordable, quite the opposite. A safe value in an area where there is no shortage of good fish and seafood restaurants.“

“Vegans and vegetarians who are looking for food in Cascais, you cannot miss this place, supreme attention, cleanliness and food of unbeatable quality, at a price much lower than what it offers
Vegetarian options: Lots of variety and quality“
“I was in Sintra visiting the Pena Palace and the tour guides highly recommended Tulhas, especially if you're looking to try seafood rice and I was! The restaurant is small and tight, decorated with tiles and wood, located between the tourism office and San Martin Church. The seafood rice was good, filling and hearty, though I would recommend this dish only for fans of seafood.“

“The place is very quiet and the gastronomic proposal is quite in line with what is expected of a place like this, a restaurant in a hotel spa, with bio-organic products. The price-quality ratio is good, but the offer could be much more attractive and varied. In short, nothing surprising, but acceptable.“

“It is odd to review a small restaurant off the beaten track in a tourist location, but our experience following an exhausting hike in Sintra was so good I wanted to comment. First, the service was exceptional. The server (manager?) was constantly looking for service opportunities whether it be replenishing drinks or taking orders. And there were no lags in service. Also, the food was really good. We both ordered steak sandwiches along with some beers (the stouts were great) and were shocked how good the food was. We had spend nearly two weeks touring Spain and the Portugal...and remarkably this little spot was in the top few locations we ate at. Go figure...and go there if you are in the area.“

“Pleasant atmosphere, it really feels like a small house in the interior of Alentejo. Crockery made from homemade ceramics (clay), decor not from a modern-day restaurant, it really looks like a home. Service provided by Mrs Ana, very friendly, we just needed to call Mother/Grandmother. I had the experience with tasty and traditional Alentejo pork.“

“Although the restaurant is centrally located, it has few tourists because it’s on the back side of the square. Tour guides often come here for their breaks. The food is good; we had various tapas. It's important to note that you can only pay in cash here, as no cards are accepted. Naturally, I didn't have cash on me and had to find an ATM first. Despite this inconvenience, it’s a great spot for a break, away from the mass tourism. The ambiance is relaxed and it’s highly recommended for a quiet, enjoyable meal.“
