“Currys are tasty. The spice level is great. The sieces of the dishes are not much constant. The currys are in okay siece but the rice too less. The naan could be bigger for that price and the lassis are good again. All together we can really recommend this restaurant and the food. But while ordering maybe you should decide, if the base is rice and order more or mix with naan bread.AND spice levers are great ?“

“Vegetarian options: My husband and I visited Lisbon and decided to eat here. We love Indian food and this place had amazing food, authentic Indian! “We saw this restaurant on the Everybody Feed Phil show on Netflix and made reservations in advance since it's very small with limited seating. If you are a foodie and love unique flavors this is a must visit. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful in ordering. We had the Holy Burgers, Chamucas, Cafreal De Frango, Sarapatel and Daal. For dessert we had the Doce de Chocolate (amazing) and the Chamuca Tamra con Gelado. My favorites were the Chamucas and the Holy Burgers. The flavor combinations were so unique. One of our best meals in Portugal! Our total bill for 4 people with drinks was 117 Euros.“

“It's the temple canteen, all the food is vegetarian and very tasty. There is a parking lot underneath. It's cheap and has very friendly, efficient and fast service. They bring two drinks, water and another that is based on yogurt, which is very good for clearing the spiciness from your mouth. They also have savory and sweet treats made by them for us to take home. I highly recommend a visit“

For example, the lunch menu comes with garlic naan but I asked for it to be switched to roti or to not have it at all. They brought us roti with no issue. The staff also told us my order would originally contain cheese because I missed that description but were able to veganize the dish with no problem to me.Most important, the food was absolutely delicious. We happen to come across this small restaurant and were really not sure if we want to go in with a party of 10 including small children. Host was very gracious and he create two tables for our party and seated us immediately even though they were quite full. Our server was very accomodating and patient and he made excellent suggestion for both vegetarian and nonvegetarian diners. “Local gem! At home in USA we’d call this “a hole in the wall” diner. We ordered the doner meal and the doner caril (spicy) meal with cafe pingado and cafe bica. “I really liked this restaurant. I arrived at the door and was greeted with a big smile, I entered in the same good mood, the employees are incredibly friendly. The menu has a lot of dishes, it's difficult to choose but with the help of the man who was serving us and some friends, I chose some samosas for starters, a prawn curry and a chicken sixty five. All dishes were very good. For dessert we ordered an Algarve pie which was magnificent. The prices are fair and not expensive. “we’re back In lisbon for the new year once again. This time we were in the mood for some Indian food and we went to this restaurant and i have to say the food was delicious. We read the reviews and we thought to give it a try and it was worth it. They had the classic Indian menu with the curries and naan but also a south Indian menu which had very tasty dishes that we have never had before. Our kids are fan of the butter chicken so naturally my husband and I had some too, it was very flavorsome. I had the “masala dosa” which was amazing. It was definitely a new experience but I would definitely recommend. We also had the pani puri which I have seen many videos of and it was a burst of flavor. But, we loved the classic appetizers like the onion bhaji and the chicken tikka. My husband had the lamb roganjosh with the garlic naan and I had a bite, and I will frog my make that a staple in my Indian takeout next time. really good! All in all, it was delicious and we will be my coming back again some time, especially my husband since he adores indian food. Love the fact there was two menus so there are many options to choose from! Recommend!“
