“Ameiii!
Finally a restaurant that gets me over the bridge ?
I came from Sintra and discovered a very pleasant space with super friendly staff, pet friendly with 4-legged friends resting with their owners.
Organic and artisanal options.
All the dishes were wonderfully prepared, and honestly one of the best vegetarian dishes I've ever been to, I'll certainly be back. “

“Pretty solid Indian food ordered with Uber eats. Came quickly and satisfied my craving for Indian. Did find food lacking in flavour compared to most Indian I’ve had before (could have used more spices) but very generous portions. Would like to try their other dishes.“

“After 2-3 days in Lisbon without Indian food, this place was a real treat for vegetarians. As most other reviews suggest, this place has absolutely amazing food. We ordered Veg thali, shahi paneer and garlic bread. Everything tasted authentic and full of flavour. Very satisfied. Don’t hesitate to visit this place.
Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options. No need to worry for vegetarians.“

“The truth is that for the price of the dishes and the quality of the food and that it is prepared to order, it is an ideal restaurant. I recommend it, I had not tried Indian food and I have already gone three times.(2022)
Update 2024: almost two years later, I have returned to this restaurant, two more times, I am addicted to the Nepali and Indian food in this place, it is still just as good or better and the same people continue to work, so I have already been five times to this restaurant
Vegetarian options: In Indian culture there are tons of vegetarian and very tasty dishes.“

“We had a great dinner here. The waitress is a sweetheart. She kinda messed up our drinks but it made our night better in the end. Everyone smiles, the atmosphere is great and the food is tasty. Would come back again any time.

“This was a wonderful experience. It was just like visiting a friend's home in Goa and being served family food from the kitchen. The food and service were both amazing, especially the vindaloo and the ambothik. The service was excellent too. Lisbon and Margao were suddenly one place!“

“This little hidden restaurant is a gem that is worth the detour, inside a small alley hides a really nice restaurant where you eat very, very well at a very reasonable price, the staff is very friendly, kind. .. And the food is delicious, spicy... It's a taste journey ?!!!“

“I have tried a lot of Indian food in my life, from different countries, and this is probably one of the best. The cheese naan bread was very unique, the chicken korma and tikka masala looked normal but was really flavorful, creamy and heavy on the stomach“

“Very delicious food. The prices are very affordable and the quality is very good.
The staff was friendly, even though they didn't speak Portuguese (not a bad thing, in my opinion).
The menu is designed to describe each dish, which I thought was very good.
I recommend.“

“Chutnify is hands down the best Indian restaurant I have EVER eaten at. Amazing food, nice staff and clean, vibrant atmosphere. The malai kofta is the best I have ever had by far and I highly recommend trying one of their dosas. Our 8 year old daughter has never liked Indian food (too spicey) but even she enjoyed the malai kofta,m, dosa and chicken tikka. We Will definitely be back.“

“Very helpful and friendly staff! They helped us very well with recommending and explaining dishes. When we received the food we were completely blown away, it really is a taste sensation and has a very authentic taste. At the end we were given typical Nepalese tea on the house and this was certainly good in taste. For anyone staying in this area of Lisbon I would absolutely recommend the restaurant!“

“Small but nice! We were pleasantly surprised by the cooking skills of this small restaurant! Excellent food and an unbeatable price-performance ratio in Lisbon.
The restaurant is located in the middle of bustling Bélem, a 6-minute walk directly behind the Museu de Arte e Artitectura. The fresh vegetarian cuisine à la India captivates you immediately. Absolute recommendation!!
Vegetarian options: see photo of the card!
Wheelchair accessibility: ground level“

“Definitely the best Indian restaurant!A small, modest restaurant, but everything is clean and tidy.Pleasant, polite, unobtrusive staff.Well, the reason why you actually need to go there is food. Everything is very delicious. In Meat Curry, the meat is of very good quality and there is a lot of it for such a low durability.Shrimp in mango sauce is absolutely incredible, such a delicate, creamy, mango taste. And be sure to try the flatbreads, especially the coconut and cashew flatbread, a very unusual taste.I will come back here more than once and recommend it to everyone“

“We spent €100 here and the food was excellent. We had quite a few leftovers and the man asked if he could put them all together in containers and I said to him no because I was the only person in the group that can’t eat very spicy food while everyone else had the spiciest. Of course he stuck my food in with everyone else’s and so I didn’t get to eat any leftovers. That’s just really bad service imo.“
“we’re back In lisbon for the new year once again. This time we were in the mood for some Indian food and we went to this restaurant and i have to say the food was delicious. We read the reviews and we thought to give it a try and it was worth it. They had the classic Indian menu with the curries and naan but also a south Indian menu which had very tasty dishes that we have never had before. Our kids are fan of the butter chicken so naturally my husband and I had some too, it was very flavorsome. I had the “masala dosa” which was amazing. It was definitely a new experience but I would definitely recommend. We also had the pani puri which I have seen many videos of and it was a burst of flavor. But, we loved the classic appetizers like the onion bhaji and the chicken tikka. My husband had the lamb roganjosh with the garlic naan and I had a bite, and I will frog my make that a staple in my Indian takeout next time. really good! All in all, it was delicious and we will be my coming back again some time, especially my husband since he adores indian food. Love the fact there was two menus so there are many options to choose from! Recommend!“
“Wonderful food from India and neighbouring countries! Found it through Google Maps and it was a perfect choice indeed. The staff is very kind and explains everything about the dishes in detail (origin, how they are cooked etc). I will return and strongly recommend this place!“

“Lovely little restaurant, polite staff, atmospheric decoration. Frozen goblets for cold drinks and flame heated metal plates were two of the special preparations before food arrived. The food was fresh, flavoursome and top quality. I’d definitely go again. Highly recommended.“

“Yesterday my wife and I had our lunch, evening snacks and dinner there as their foods were according to our taste. Tandoori chicken masala was too good. But we liked their chicken momo most. We loved it. The prices were very reasonable. The restaurant was neat and clean and very calm which is praiseworthy. And lastly, we both liked the Nepali girl who served our foods. It was nice talking to her. She was very gentle amd soft spoken. Thanks to her for her service. Best wishes“

“The food is really good, but the house needs to be modernized a little, even for the comfort of the customer (who doesn't pay little...). The samosas left something to be desired... Extra note: in a restaurant of this type, drink is a must...!“

“Very tasty food in a typical Indian restaurant. Very nice people. Price performance was okay, but the tourists (tourists) got a different menu than the locals. Prices are also significantly lower for the locals as you can read on the other menu (written in Hindu).“

“Fantastic! I have never been treated so well in any establishment! The gentleman who served us was really friendly and had a smile on his face the entire time! The food was very good and the portions were very well served! He explained to us what the dishes were made of and recommended a starter that we really liked!
Thank you :) I will definitely be back.“

“I like the atmosphere, the staff are friendly and attentive, but that's not all.The food is very good, whether in-house or takeaway, the food is always good. Prices, I believe, are in line with current costs. So it's time to go back and eat those delicious dishes, whether spicy or not.“

“Absolutely delicious. I went there by chance, on a day when I was exhausted and just wanted to eat and rest, and I ate so well that I left feeling relaxed, happy and satisfied. It has become one of my favorite restaurants in Lisbon!
It's not a restaurant where you go for the space or the decor, it's a place where you go for the food and service.
All the dishes I tried were delicious - the samosas, the fried momo's, the chicken madras and the Butter.
While waiting for the food, they serve papadum with 2 sauces (no charge).
The person serving is friendly and always calm.
Even the house wine (glass) is good.
The doses are relatively large. Two people are fine with 1 chicken curry and some momo's.“

“Friendly staff. The children thought it was the best Chicken tikka masala and Chicken korma they had ever tasted. I took a vegetarian thali plate and it had lentil dish, spinach dish, potato dish, chick pea dish and rice. Took a naan bread up to. The potatoes had a great seasoning and everyone was very happy with the food and wanted to go back.“

“Very good food! There is no lack of flavor, but the quality and care of the products could be improved. The pepperoni came with plastic, making it a little difficult to eat, but it was very good, I would eat it again. The chicken at Mango Cury seemed of low quality or old, it could have been fresher chicken. In any case, everything was still very good and the service was very pleasant. The tea was very good and the cheese and garlic naan is not to be missed, one of the best I've ever had! It could improve the quality of the environment a little too. With these details, it would be a sensational place. I intend to return soon to review again and eat this Italy-India mix that I really liked!“
“The history of this city and this door in particular is spectacular... it can be seen in its walls, blocks, and wood because of everything that was experienced...Pure history...Highly recommended for the views whatever the time..The sunsets look beautiful..“

“Friendly restaurant with good atmosphere.Traditional Indian food is delicious.I recommend the Chamos starter, which are excellent.I think the prices are high on protein dishes (chicken, shrimp, lamb, etc.) for the portion that is given (You pay more for the sauce than the protein). The rice is delivered with a very high portion. The desserts are weak with nothing to highlight. The restaurant has many aspects to improve such as:- Play softer ambient music related to the restaurant's theme (Indian)- Improve the menu by introducing combinations that help those who are new to Indian food- More variety and quality in desserts- Employees don't know how to speak Portuguese, sometimes you have to speak English so they can understand betterOverall, I liked the restaurant as I love Indian food, but I think many people wouldn't appreciate it so positively.
Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options
Dietary restrictions: This type of food can be strong for more sensitive stomachs.
Parking: Parking is difficult and you have to pay, otherwise they will tow your car
Kid-friendliness: I don't think it's ideal for kids
Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance only via stairs and no elevator“

“Very good restaurant with low prices.
Friendly and helpful employees.
During the week it is easy to find a parking space and it is not usually full. At the weekend, as it is next to the Benfica market, parking is very difficult.
I have used Uber several times to bring food from there and it is always well served.“

“Definitely one of the best Indian meals I've ever had. The place is simple, without luxury, but perfectly fulfills the idea of a canteen.
The service is great, it teaches the customer how to distribute food as in Indian culture and tries to offer help and serve more, when necessary.“

“Beautiful narrow streets walking there. Very warm welcoming staff. Food was made to order and was really tasty. You could ask for mild or spicy dishes. Got loads of rice. Naan bread was delicious. Kids liked the mango lassis.
Vegetarian options: Two different types of lentil dishes, spinach and vegetables. I had spinach with potatoes which was very good with rice and naan bread.“
“What a beautiful spot to have your dinner with an amazing view on the beach! Had dinner here with my mom and we had a wonderful time, good food and good service! Also we saw the blue moon (once in 4 years) coming up and lightning up the beach, never to forget! Thank you ?“
“I been here several times and the food has consistently been of a very high standard. I can see why trip advisor credits had been previously given … I think it’s time that the cook should enter a few competitions for food …. A good chance they might win some !“
