“We happened across Boca do Mar while exploring São Martinho do Porto and it was a good experience overall. The restaurant was quite barren due to bad weather, but the service and food did not lack. We shared two dishes for lunch: the first was a tamboril (monkfish) and shrimp skewer, and the second an octopus salad. The skewer was packed with seafood, peppers & onions, and served with a generous side of potatoes, carrots, beans, broccoli and cauliflower. The octopus salad was both flavorful and plentiful and, although an appetizer, more than enough for a full meal! The service was attentive and kind.
