“Another great (veggie) lunch in guimaraes. We had the pasta with veggie balls and they were excellent! The service was very friendly. We visited with our little 3 month girl and it was a little noisy and we could not lie her down (no benches), but that did not ruin our experience. The service offered us a baby chair, but she can not sit yet. Thank you for the great food!“

“We ordered via Uber eats. They charge a service fee of 2 euros and 48. In Setúbal, the same franchise store at the same distance charges a fee of 90 cents (??? “Amazing restaurant! We stumbled upon this place after the first place we went to was booked, and I'm very glad we did. Excellent, honest food without frills at exceedingly fair prices.

For lunch they do the old-school set menu thing with soup plus a choice of 3 or 4 mains. Plus a big jug of tap water for free. Price was 7 euros for just the main or 8 with soup. There's also a selection of desserts at extra cost, around 3 euros each. Everything we ordered was fantastic: veal stew, squid with beans, cheesecake, caramel mousse and chocolate mouse. The setting is also great - nice, funky decor and a very comfortable terrace out back.

The overall vibe was great - you could this is a real passion project. There aren't many places like this around anymore. If you're in Braga, do yourself a favor and stop by. You won't regret it.“

“We have visited Canté almost completely by chance. From the outside is just so discrete that you hardly imagine what's inside. As we have got the menu the curiosity around the concept ignited. As entry we have chosen Tacos de Salmão. What a way to start a meal. Excelent choice of ingredients combined in perfection and very well seasoned. As main dish arroz Thai was served. The harmony in flavour, seasoning and presentation continued. What a treat. We were so satisfied that we could not leave without tasting one of the desserts. This was undoubtably one of the best desserts we have tasted in years. Congratulations to the Chef and team. We will keep returning to Braga just to visit you.“

Venting aside... I understand the location, but for those who live in the surrounding area, parking and access are difficult. And on another note, it is a shame that this concept has not yet been adopted in the city of Braga. It was the only one of this genre I found. “The food is well made with a very good flavor but the problem is that a portion is secretly €25, supposedly designed for 2 people, we eat that portion practically alone, which we thought was not enough for 2 and that it comes accompanied by rice To all this we ordered chicken wings, scrambled eggs, ham and cheese board, to distribute to 5 adults, 2 babies and 2 children, all very delicious.

“We went to Cozinha da Sé to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It had been highly recommended by a friend, and it met our best expectations. We had the melon and ham starter (very tasty) and then the delicious " Panados de Polvo com Arroz de Grelos". The octopus was great, but the rice was something to die for....just amazing. Service was friendly and professional. As usual in most Portuguese restaurants, it takes a bit of time to get the bill and be able to pay. Definitely a place to come again. Strongly recommed!“

He didn’t disappoint and prepare a starter platter (it changes often) with “Codfish quiche”, “Toast with pate”, “Chicken giblets”, “Codfish balls and Veal patties”, “Olives” and “Cheese and Jam”. After, he prepared a super juicy, tender Entrecôte! Was so full that no dessert was asked… A great restaurant to be visited several times!!“
