“Beautiful environment with gorgeous garden seating and inside charming old building. We enjoyed daily menu with soup, drink and daily plate. All good! Great value! Staff are kind and helpful. Daily plate of Brazilian stew did have fake meat which isn't our favorite but was still tasty. Would be nice to see how a whole food version would be. Would recommend and return. “Such a nice atmosphere and people warking there are amazing!:) Tried a cheese muffin- its gluten free and yummy! Ate a nata too. Everything was served hot Also had a sugar free cake (with dates instead) and coffee! Had a Birthday and asked for a candle which they kindly provided Felt so special and nice to be surrounded by such an ease :)“

“Felt genuinely welcomed and part of the family. Menu of the day options. Arrive early as it is popular but tables open quickly too. Tasty soup and meals. Definitely a place to eat at while in town. Nice vibe and decor too. Updated from previous review on 2025-04-20“

“Portuguese bean and soy meat so flavorful. Colorful plate love the added string beers. Rainbow colors of veggies to make for a healthy and delicious plate. My non vegan friend had the eggplant Parmesan (might have been vegan cheese) Possibly best eggplant Parmesan ever!!! Eggplant was soooo good and enhanced not overwhelmed by the toppings. More tomato flavor than cheese Sangria light and refreshing. Would come back here again. Wish Happy Cow would let me give it a five. As a vegan was terrific!!!“

“Ao ver a placa na entrada, fiquei tanto surpreso quanto intrigado. Vocês destacam uma comida dita "caseira" e a prioridade é dada ao sabor.
Depois, ficamos ainda mais surpreendidos com a recepção, pois o humor do proprietário, a não levar ao pé da letra. No final, realmente sentimos que a comida era caseira, mas mais do que isso, descobrimos uma culinária fina e bem trabalhada. Eu pedi as bochechas de vitela, uma explosão de sabores, uma carne muito macia e suculenta. Dá para sentir o longo tempo de cozimento e o trabalho por trás desse prato, estava simplesmente delicioso ?.
O ambiente é acolhedor, perfeito para um encontro ou para comer em total tranquilidade. Recomendo vivamente. Não hesite em explorar as ruas pequenas e não se detenha nos primeiros preconceitos. Espere até o final antes de criticar ??.“
