Although I had known it for some time, I had never had the opportunity to enjoy eating some cod fritters (which we repeated), as I hadn't eaten in years (the fritter in the true sense of the word and taste ), a stew of monkfish with prawns, superb, and partridge rice, simply a gastronomic find. To finish off, a sponge cake washed down with Port wine, speechless??????. Thank you very much for reminding me of other times and people??
Spectacular service from the moment we walked in the door. We ordered two different octopus dishes, breaded fillets and confited in olive oil with onions, tomatoes and garlic. These were served alongside octopus rice. The rice was good and was served al dente. The fillets were tender inside and crispy on the outside. I ate a magnificent roasted fish with some excellent roasted potatoes. It was at the point of salt (little salt) and cooking. I've eaten sea bass rice there several times and sometimes it had too much salt.It took some time but a baked fish has to be done right away. This was divine...
