Our guide recommended this place for the port and the view. Good reasonably priced wine and a great view of the river. I suggest you go here after dark. Be warned it’s on the second level if you are looking for it down by the water.
In our search where to go, we choose this place because all the nice reviews. We left really pleased! Beside the excellent location, the wine selection is really nice, the waitress was more than polite. If you are starving there is also a selection of small snacks. Prices are reasonable as well.

Very nice wine and snack venue with an unbeatable location. It has a terrace with views of the river, and if you catch it at sunset it is amazing. They have a wide variety of wines and different snacks (cheese, pickles, jams, etc.). Good service and pleasant decoration of the premises.I recommend it for a drink.
