“The restaurant has the atmosphere of going to someone’s grandmother house for dinner. Packed full of locals and we looked to be the only tourist. The service was impeccable. Our service spoken English and was excellent with providing recommendations. The sardines and cod fish were extremely tasty and flavorful. The white house wine was a bit fizzy making for a refreshing summer drink. Overall, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for authentic Portuguese food.“

“In the food court of the Norte Shopping this outlet is located. Being reasonably priced it is always crowded. Their Tapas are excellent and reasonably priced. Beer is also very reasonably priced. They have offers for the off peak time to save extra money. Fast service and helpful staff.

“This restaurant and the owners are just amazing! The location is charming and we had a lovely table facing the street. People would stop by the window and look at our food which was probably the best Italian food we’ve ever had. The warm welcome by the owners as well as every item we ordered was outstanding. You receive fresh bread with olives and olive oil as much as you desire and it was scrumptious. For appetizers, we ordered a salad and chicken meatballs, and they were very delicious. For dinner, we had the salmon, Bolognese, a veggie pasta and they were cooked to perfection. The absolute star of the meal was a mushroom pasta: it was decadent and like no pasta we’ve ever tasted! The owners ( husband and wife) were SO sweet! We cannot wait to come back to Porto and eat at this absolute gem of a restaurant again!“

“The food is pretty good, but if you want cod… it's not the place. Original flavors, acceptable service and a very good atmosphere.
It is at the edge of the corridor in the Ribeira. A place to enjoy. I advise arriving before two or after three thirty. If not, wait for a table.
