“The place is located in one of the nicest areas of Sesimbra. Our table had sea view which was perfect for a family lunch.

We have chosen the tiger prawns, the tuna steak and the entrecôte! All of the them were perfectly cooked and tasted divinely. Props to the tuna dish which was my favorite of them all.

The sides variety could be better, we felt like it was lacking at least one vegetable option. The salad was nothing special and did no justice to the dishes that were served.

“Fantastic traditional Portuguese restaurant in Sesimbra, offering great dishes from local fish, at reasonable prices. The Salada de Polvo was the best I have ever eaten. A huge amount of marinated octopus, with some marinated vegetables like cauliflower and carrots. The Choco Frito (fried Cuttlefish) was equally great, one of the best I have eaten - and I have eaten Choco Frito in many places! The Vinho Verde a Pressão was great and inexpensive. The views towards the ocean do not make it any worse. In total a great experience. For only EUR 30.“

“Wij waren op de kaart aan het kijken wat we wilden nemen toen (naar later bleek) de eigenares ons vriendelijk te hulp schoot. Toen uitkwam dat ook zei Nederlands kon werden we zeer vriendelijk en goed geholpen. We hebben daar diverse malen de lunch als ook diner gehad en we werden met raad en daad bijgestaan omdat ik (als diabeet zijnde) wel wat problemen en "eisen" had. Het eten was goed, ruim voldoende en de service was (in onze ogen) optimaal en zou toeristen zeker aanraden hier te gaan eten.“
