The decoration of this Portuguese restaurant is very retro, and the food is also very good. The steaks and seafood are very delicious, but I think some dishes are too salty. I think it may be the case with Portuguese food.
An old place in Sintra village where you can try some typical Portuguese food. You must try the Cabrito Assado no forno , it is really good comfort food and this house has been making it for so many years. They are also known for some good Espetada da Madeira. Family staff so you will be well served.

A wonderful local restaurant suggested by our tour guide Jose. Very much family oriented with a very large menu. I had the grilled lamb portion, which was served with fries, rice and a small salad. I ordered a side salad but only ate half, since the original menu portion was more than enough for 2 people. My wife had the veal half portion and side salad, but it was too much for her. Excellent hosts
