“Visiting Lisbon with my family from Boston. Came across this hidden gem while searching for restaurants on google maps. From the time we walked in we were greeted by friendly staff. We chose to sit out back, mainly because we had our two young sons with us. We ordered a caprese salad, minestrone soup, garlic bread, french fries, tomato bruschetta, 2 margharita pizzas and penne carbonara. My goodness! Everything was delicious and the price point was PERFECT! It was wonderful chatting with our server! Clearly everyone at this establishment takes a great deal of pride in what they do. I honestly would drive an hour to eat here again. It’s really that good! Hoping to stop by before our trip back to Boston!”

“As a pizza fan that I am, I couldn't go through Lisbon without trying Forno d'Oro's offering, considered the best pizza in Portugal, according to 50 Top Pizza. The menu includes pizzas inspired by Portuguese gastronomy and, of course, by the great Italian classics that are so popular all over the world. The most striking thing about the restaurant's setting is the wood-burning oven, which is covered, as its name suggests, in a golden color.
