“A must if you are passing through Vila do Conde. The food is good and not banal: the sandwich with picanha, bacon and cheese was juicy and with a different taste than usual and the cheese pie was truly fantastic. The girl at the counter is kind and friendly and the chef is also friendly; excellent value for money. Passed with full marks.“

“Nice place, the DJ knows how to choose the songs and the staff is very receptive and friendly!! Fast and efficient service. The place is very well managed.
One caveat for the outdoor lounge, which had a closed top and had little air extraction and cigarette smoke filled the space.
The food was very tasty, the frying was crispy and dry!
It stays open until the early hours of the morning with the kitchen working! This is a very positive point!!
The menu has a very good variety of drinks and all drinks are served with great care and good quantity.
The price is a little high but it matches the sophisticated atmosphere.

Wines, the cheapest bottle costs €20.

“Seriously fun food. Affordable serious natural wines. The vibe is great inside at the stunning bar, or outside on the sunny terrace. Equally suited for a vermut and nibbles as it is for a full-on meal for a larger table. Make sure to alternate the fried with the fresh! “We stumbled across this small restaurant by accident and it was only later that we learned what good reviews it had. We took it as we found it. We were lucky to be welcomed and found a table for three. Others, coming straight after us, we not so lucky but it was suggested they try again later. They were not turned away as such. The food was Portuguese. It was good. The ambience was lively. The service was good and our waiter was a character. It made for an excellent evening. I would certainly recommend this establishment but do go early. It’s very popular.“
