Ahmed helped me with a cash refund after I had already received my food. He was very helpful - I appreciate his assistance and the way he helped resolve the issue.
I get it’s 12am in the morning, but straight up got 3/4 of an ice tea, half filled items (fries and burger insides).
Best fries i have ever had at mcdonalds. So fresh 😍

McDonald's in Montreal offers a typical fast-food experience with a few notable features and challenges. Many customers appreciate the affordable meal options, including combos for less than $10. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, with a good location near Main Street, making it accessible to nearby shops and restaurants. There are also machines and staff available to take orders, and the ambiance is enhanced by soft drink fountains, televisions playing news, and 80's music.
However, there are some concerns. A persistent fruit fly problem has been reported around the drinks and ketchup stand, which many find off-putting. Service can be slow at times, and there are suggestions for improvements in parking and layout to enhance the customer experience. While the restaurant is generally kid-friendly, with balloons available for children, there have been issues with language service, particularly for bilingual customers seeking assistance in French.
Overall, this McDonald's is regarded as decent, with good food and friendly staff, but there is room for improvement in service and environmental aspects to make it better for future generations.
