The product remains delicious but during our last 3 visits the service was very poor. Huge wait for the cones after placing the order. Big decline this year.
Best service I've had from a favorite chocolate to date. Sam's service is amazing and friendly. I will come back not only for the sweet treat, but also for the remarkable experience.
Since I was a young child, I have always had a weakness for creameries. My meeting with Chocolat Favoris was love at first sight and we entered into an exclusive relationship. I've been very satisfied for a long time, but Sam's outstanding customer service made me think "it's about time I wrote a review." Well done! Sugaring has never been so exquisite.
