“I'm a regular at this Tim's. Never a big fan because they kept messing up the orders, forgetting things and taking SOOOOOO long to make the orders. However, since a recent change of staff, I noticed a huge change in the drive through service. I always see the same young man at the drive through during the day. Very friendly, smily, and order is ready in a minute. Great service and great food!“

The place is near the highway, and there were trucks in the restaurant's parking lot (Tim Hortons trucks) being maneuvered, which translated to a lot of noise. The whole scenario made it very difficult to communicate my order, plus to hear the staff on the other side. I'm not sure if the trucks come often or if that was just my luck.. but the outcome was that my order came wrong 😕
Next time on this location, I will dine in or at least make my order inside instead.“
“For people who like to eat somewhere in the morning this can be a certain advantage because in restaurants it will be very expensive. The service is good but there is a lot of staff shortage so you shouldn't expect the best fast service and for the atmosphere there is nothing fabulous about this fast food like any other!

“By far the best customer service received, I have to tip my hat to the young man who does the drive-thru in the morning, (if you go there you will know who I am talking about) having so much energy and kindness every day, bravo. To his boss, thank you for creating a work environment that your employees are happy with, this reflects on your customers.“
