Mon appréciation: la pieuvre d'une belle tendretée, le tout excellent avec l'ajout de jus de lime. Sans la lime, on goûte bien l'oignon qui est sucré. Panna cotta au chocolat et au rhum Mousse de litchi: on goûte le amer du chocolat, le sucrée de la mousse de litchie équilibre l'assiette pour la gardée fraîche en bouche. Les boules croustillantes ajoute de la texture au plat. Excusez ma fin de rhume pour ne pas avoir goûté au rhum. Ambiance musical style lounge avec une touche qui donne envie de danser aux gens comme moi qui ont le beat dans le sang. Et que dire du service, ils m'ont mise à l'aise toute suite, moi qui va au restaurant seule, je me sentais comme une reine. J'ai pu goûter à different vin pour choisir celui qui me plaît.
