Based on the reviews, Novello is the best restaurant in Boucherville. The staff are friendly and attentive. The food is delicious, cooked to perfection, and clearly made to order. The food, wine selections and patio dining are excellent. The food came out super quick. The portions are generous. The cocktail menu is great. The ambiance inside is warm and aesthetic, with a great vibe for a date night or special dinner. For one hour and a half, the experience felt like being in Italy. Specific meals mentioned include the pesto linguini with tuna, the rack of lamb, the ravioli, the minestrone soup, grilled sausages, linguine alla vongole, and chocolate mousse. While the food is excellent, the bread service with cold sliced bread and plastic butter packets felt out of place. It is expensive and more modern than authentic. However, overall, it is an amazing place where customers feel right at home.
