This place was great, loved it, small but the food is amazing, the service was kind and super quick and the ambiance very nice too.
We loved it, flavor wise it was bomb, the only note would be to add more meat to the kimchi rice and bibimbap, but honestly the other flavors kinda make it up for us.
The menu is simple, not too extensive and a lot of different choices, also I think price wise the portions are super good. We totally recommend it. Would probably go again, for sure. The highlight for us was the Duk Bok Kki, super tasty, very nice portion and steamy hot ?we also had peach soju with it, so good.

It was very delicious, omg, we really liked it, the taste was perfect, the service was very fast, they served very kindly and the place is cozy. I think the only note we made was that we would like a little more meat in the portions but the other add-ins and flavors make up for it well, so, well, it wasn't bad.
We loved the Duk Bok Kki, it was so delicious, so hot, and the portion, for an appetizer, was a very good size. We arrived early and it was a bit empty but people started arriving without spending too much time afterwards, so I think that speaks volumes. of its popularity.

Dont mind the big line, you won't wait more than 5 minutes at most. service is incredibly fast, the food is amazing, generous, and cheap.

the kimbaps are so fresh, you get it and the rice is still a little warm. yummmm! juicy, umami, balanced sweetness, crispy nori.

As much as we want to go back but the price just discourage us. This happens to many restaurant these days and they are not alone. “Alright. Service was quick. Although it doesn't consist of much. You will order one portion of meat per person. We bring you the meat and side dishes. Where I got hung up was when it came time to pay. The terminus asks for 18% and above with comments on the service. I had to look up the tip manually and do the math. Usually I avoid this kind of place because I find that the tip culture is becoming abusive. It was. However, the atmosphere, food and service were really good. Alcohol is too expensive. $9 for a sapporo or $23 for an imported beer. The fact remains that you don't go there for consumption. I would recommend. “Well, we rarely give reviews to the restaurants we (my girlfriend and me) go to cause they mostly don’t meet our expectations and make us disappointed, I’d like to share that the chicken here is the best we’ve tried overall in town recently.

The service was excellent, the chicken was really fresh, crispy, and savoury, the sauce (the second most spicy garlic soy) was actually spicy and tasted like gochujang paste, and the portions were really generous and accompanied by really good fries. We recommend the coated version better than the plain one since the chicken alone is mildly seasoned (which is good it you prefer a neutral profile flavour).

“Had to try the viral tanghulu I've been seeing for years on the internet !! When I learn that they had a place that does that in Montreal, had to take the time eventually to go at Chinatown and give it a try ! It was pretty good !! Absolutely love the crunch as I wasn't able to make it at home the tanghulu dessert ?I already like that place before they introduce to the tanghulu (when I go to that location is usually for their grilled calmars/squids ones as their seasoning really hit the spot!!!) ???After eating the tanghulu I just wish they had like a hand sanitizer or something to wash our hands but I had water on me so it's fine ?“

“I’ve been to many Korean restaurants in my lifetime and I have to say that Mon Ami Express rates as one of the best. I ordered the Bibimbap with spicy pork and the japchae. Both dishes were absolutely delicious. Generous portions at a great price. In fact, I went back the next day and ordered the very same thing. I highly recommend this establishment if you are ever in the Longueuil area. Top notch!“
