“Orderd my sub online and when I got in the employee told me he had received a few orders and it wouldn't be long. I sat down and waited. The young man asked me how my day was and I was taken aback. I'm not used to the employees asking me that. After a few minutes of polite conversation I thanked him and left. That little interaction has made me want to make this my go to subway now.
