“My friends and I took a detour to try The Nook Crêperie and I am so thankful we did! No matter where you are going, if you drive past Pembroke, and you have a mouth, do yourself a favor and stop in. The restaurant has a nice patio. The interior is spacious, welcoming, and attractive. Our waitress, Alyssa, was so pleasant and cheerful. She shared her favorites and was an attentive hostess. And the food!!!! All four of us loved our crepes (3 savory, 1 sweet). The coffee and oat milk cappuccino were delicious, which is just as important when on a long drive. I can't wait to go back and try Alyssa's recommendations.”

The food was excellent, we ordered a caesar salad and shared the lasagna which was more than enough for 2. Kristy was an excellent server who appeared to be somewhat nervous about doing a good job as it was only her second shift. The noodle soup is also one of the best I’ve had, with a tasty broth and generous portions. Everything tasted fresh and authentic. If you’re in Pembroke and looking for great Thai food, I highly recommend Thai Gardens. I’ll definitely be coming back!”

Ashes was absolutely wonderful to work with, very reasonably priced, and provided an amazing experience for both students and staff. Our students loved the variety of activities available, including gaming consoles, racing simulators, arcade games, air hockey, foosball, and pool.

As an extra special touch, the team at Ashes generously set up karaoke for our students, which was a huge hit. Everyone enjoyed their meals, and the atmosphere was welcoming, inclusive, and fun from start to finish.
