We eat salmon here weekly. The salmon is the best salmon around. It’s so fresh that we eat it sashimi style and love it. It also has other great options like seaweed salad, tourtiere and different mustards and so much more. I highly encourage you to check out the Boucanerie it’s a great place to get your Omegas 😊
Smoked salmon, seafood, and other delicious goodies! Ask for the "Chelsea Crack" lol, you won't be disappointed! Take a beautiful, leisurely drive up the Gatineau Parkway to take in the fall colors and stop by the Chelsea Smokehouse. It's crazy good stuff! The guy who's always there and also takes their treats to various farmers markets, his name is Zack, is a great guy and knows his stuff when it comes to smoking fish. Seriously good!!!
