“Great spot. Either for a romantic date or enjoy solo. If the restaurant is not open then you should order one of their amazing bagels. I have had Basilique Pesto Bagle and also I have had their Korean chicken burger.
They have hot and cold drink, they have local cold drinks if you know what I mean. Life is precious, stop there and enjoy. Always beautiful people work there!“

“I have been dreading this review for a while now, but things are not improving! Tonight, February 15th, they had a fixed 4 course dinner for $100. I called in advance because I was dining alone at the bar and inquired if I needed reservations. No mention of the $100 menu. Sat at the bar, was ignored by all the staff. First course didn't show up. Second course showed up and I asked where the first one was. They brought it after. The third course, the short rubs, was cold, as was my food the last 3 times we went there. i returned it and version 2 was better. Dessert was a very uneventful creme brulée. This is my third ( possibly 4th time) discretely providing feedback. Getting a comped dessert or small glass of wine. I was really rooting for this restaurant, but it is mismanaged and really needs to get their act. Cocotte no more!“

“My wife and I stayed for an overnight getaway and enjoyed a 3 course dinner (with added amuse Bouche) and full breakfast the following morning.
The food was fantastic from selection, quality ingredients, appetizing plating to the incredible flavours that married together to create an indescribable dining experience.
I want to express an extended token of gratitude by highlighting the incredible service by our waiter (Marc-Anthony (spelling?)) as well as the entire frontline and kitchen staff. As I was somewhat out of my element with regard to fine-dining, the staff was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. They truly completed the dining experience in the most positive way imaginable. Marc-Anthony is a pleasant and knowledgeable individual who is very perceptive and able to stay one-step-ahead of the customers he waited on so as to create the most comfortable dining experience possible.
My wife and I both left feeling satisfied that the experience was well worth the money and we are already planning our next visit.“

Great location! and large outdoor patio. The croque monsieur was really good, but my friend had the mussels and I was jealous. Sweet potato fries were exceptional (and I try them everywhere).“

“First time visitor on March 23, to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The restaurant was happily booked up when I tried to make a reservation, so I was only able to secure a table at 5:15pm. I left a little note asking them to keep us in mind if there was a cancellation for a later spot, and they contacted me by email, text, and phone when a later table became available for 6:15pm. Very responsive and friendly staff. Our time at Soif was marvellous. The staff were friendly and extremely professional. Service was relaxed yet very polished. Our server was knowledgeable about the wine and took great care to ensure we were enjoying ourselves. We had a flight of wine to start, followed by a beautiful bottle of white, and a flight of bubbles to end our evening. We shared a half cheese/half charcuterie platter that came with a mountain of crispy and delicious crostini, the latter being refilled without having to ask. Such a small but lovely touch. We also shared roasted Brussels sprouts, frites and aioli, a bison tartare, and grilled radicchio, that were all delicious. They surprised my friend with a little dessert wine and candle to acknowledge her birthday, which was so kind and thoughtful. I have not a single critique. The team here works like a well-oiled machine. No one seemed frantic or rushed. It was a lovely evening. I (we) will definitely be back. Santé!“
