11/10 recommend. We did the chefs blind tasting and everything was impeccable. It was one of the best meals we've ever had and we've traveled the world. We also had breakfast here each morning since we were staying in the hotel, it was also amazing. Visited from Pennsylvania.
Incredible! Chef is Marie-Eve Gingras. Sous Chef Jesse Hanson Was perhaps the best dinner ever, at a superb location. A romantic hotel, formerly a mill from the 1800’s. Quiet, romantic, attentive staff, ideal in every way. Everything was great. The wine! The waiter was terrific, not only was the food interesting but he explained the background in making it. Wow! such a beautiful spot with a really relaxed feel, live music was playing , real fireplace ,and the view of the back was great. The food was 11/10 as we loved almost every plate. We had the steak and the pasta and starter soup. Great service as always checking on you. Highly recom ended ...abit pricey but worth it !Vegetarian options: Pasta
