A restaurant that in the past has been unkept (dirty). Food can be quite bad. This visit was ok. Food was ok, though not very hot. Cleaness was ok, but I didn't use the washrooms. Your experience can be quite different from mine today.
The person at the front counter, where I ordered my food, seemed unfriendly or unhappy because he wouldn't smile back at me. Customer service skills need sharpening. I ordered a whopper with a poutine and a rootbeer. The woman only filled the poutine container half full, which, if you are paying $10(trio) + $2 (change fries to poutine) +tax, you should definitely get your money's worth. The food tasted good but the service left a bad taste in my mouth. Restaurant was clean.
