“Honestly I wouldn't dare give 1 star because I know the value of a bad review for a small Franchise. On the other hand, I want to give a frank and constructive opinion. I was there for the first time, I had a doubt, it didn't taste too good, I gave it a second chance a few months later, the food was not edible. The color of the hot dog sausage was questionable, the onion and cabbage taste and smell peculiar like it leaves things smelling bad and that smell is absorbed into the food. The hot dogs are just not good. I advise you to review the quality of food, the way of storing (refrigeration or expiration) or even the cooking time of food etc. I will go back in a few months, I hope it will improve.“

“I went to this branch this Friday, November 24, 2023 around 9:20 p.m.Little Lily who works there, WOW!She received us and took our order. Smiling from start to finish, despite the late hour we arrived.I have a cheese intolerance. I asked for extra bacon, but the container had a few bits of grated cheese inside. I kindly asked him if it was possible to have ends without cheese. Well, to my great surprise, she went to get slices from the bottom of the dish to be sure! First good impression.2nd good impression: Our 2 orders were perfect. No errors, no missing vegetables in our subs, well packaged.3rd good impression: We wanted to get some Orangeade Crush from the machine but there was none left. We gave her a note about it and she immediately took care of it. At some branches, at 9:30 a.m., the staff is sleeping quite a bit. But she! Really bright and helpful.In conclusion, our entire visit to this branch went well. We expected to be served by tired young people who give less effort at the end of the evening...but in the end, we received the warmest welcome in a Subway ever.Lily deserves a good little pat on the back for her work. At dinner time, at New York Fries at Carrefour Laval, I was treated to a large poutine named in my honor: the “Seb” poutine. In this poutine, there are (if I remember correctly): fries, cheese curds, pieces of pickles and merguez, cheese sauce and brown sauce for poutine, pieces of bacon and the all served with a fountain drink. It was a real treat!“

“really good food and patient staff. we changed our order like 3 times due to confusion and i felt so bad but he stayed patient and calm, not a single hint of annoyance. my boyfriend and I went here & by the end, we were both eager to eat here again some other time. when we went, which was late at night at about 9pm, there was barely anyone so it was quiet and peaceful. we also got to choose our own seats. for the people who were there, it was mostly people of older age, but despite us being teenagers, there was no hostility. also the burger wasn’t so tall that it hurts your jaw to bite on unlike every other place 😆. i also find the interior to be pretty, and overall it was a good experience.“

“Crispy and sweet fries. Hot dog is good (their coleslaw is very good!). Chicken wings are crispy outside but juicy & soft inside. Must try Italian poutine if you like tomato sauce. Poutine sauce is perfect. Other items on the menu are good as well. Service is fast. The kitchen or cooking area is clean.“

“The best Steak Pita going. Pita is soft, tzatziki is always tasty and garlicy. The steak is very good for a fast food place. Fries are the best! Crips on the outside & soft inside. No soggy fries here. I always ask for extra onions & boy do they give you extra. My husband and I order only one fry between us. The portion is so large it's good enough for two.

The fries are breaded and beyonddd good. Ive tried the mozerrella burger a few times, I usually get the chicken but the cheese pull PULLS. Definitely recommend. Some reviews say chicken is undercooked but I go here like 2-3 times a week and Ive never had that problem so I dont know.“
