Honest question: what do I actually have to say to get a B1 or B2 coffee at Starbucks? One of the reasons I specifically go to Starbucks is so I don’t have to get the cream on the side and pour it in myself. I asked for HALF of one cream, and this is what I got. I ended up throwing it out in the nearest trash can.
This place is lucky to have Nicky! Truly 5-star customer service. Polite, respectful, attentive, and professional. You can tell Nicky genuinely cares about both the customers and the business. Keep up the great work!
