“This was our first time at Origine Brass and overall it was an excellent experience. Friendly service and we enjoyed trying 4 different beers and the food was excellent. I had the artichoke and goat cheese pizza, one friend had the shrimp and lobster roll with fries, another had the burger (2 huge patties) with fries. The fries are excellent. I am not a beer drinker but I enjoy this type of establishment as they have several varieties that are delicious. All in all a fun night and we will be back!“

La Phare et la Lux brillent franchement parmi leurs créations : chacune bien construite, expressive, avec cette touche d’élégance qui fait qu’on y revient. Le Blanton’s Old Fashioned m’a aussi franchement séduit : soigné, précis, avec juste ce qu’il faut d’aplomb. Le service ? Sympathique, attentif, à l’image de l’endroit. Le décor est soigné, réfléchi, avec du style et de la personnalité. Le hall d’entrée, avec son architecture de haut niveau, annonce d’emblée un lieu conçu avec goût et maîtrise. “Oktoberfest done right at Kahnawake Brewing Company...in October, as it should be! 🤣 We shared a big pretzel with beer mustard and spicy beer cheese. I got the jagerschnitzel and she got the "wurst dog ever"...beer-battered bratwurst sausage with all the fixings. Only thing that was missing was the advertised pretzel bun! It definitely was far from the worst dog ever! 😜 It was very loud in there and service was slow, which I hope is not the norm for this place because the food, ambiance and beers are very good! Also, they increased the price of the pretzel by 20%. Overall 3.5/10 Our 1st visit at this brewery and not our last! 😃“

Bavarian biergarten tables.
LUKR taps for the Czech lager.
Gravity barrel for the kellerbier.
Both beers appear to be infusion-brewed (not decocted) and good lagers for Canada standards.
Awesome ambience.
Wills beers were slightly better though.“

“Interesting cider! The crisp one was like a sour ball, but the hint of apple is much more present than other ciders. $11 for a pint.

A pint was a lot for me, and I had to sip it to some servers dismay. Nice outdoor seating.

Burger was ok. Prepared well w a buttered bun but dry. Not many food options,.“

“Had breakfast before my flight. Ordered their smoke salmon benedict. It comes with pickled red onion that provides a nice sweet briny flavor against the salmon and salty capers. Sadly, the poached eggs were over done so no yolk richness to mix in, more soft hard boiled eggs textures. Almost a crime for bennys, especially at $25. Potatoes were standard.“
